John was raised in the Bay Area and has resided in Walnut Creek for the past 20 years. John earned a BS in 1990 with an emphasis in Real Estate and an MBA from St. Marys College in 1999. He and his wife are currently raising their two middle school children who are active in many local youth sport programs. For nearly 25 years John has worked in real estate with a focus on appraisal, valuations, and sales. For over a decade he owned a successful appraisal company where he focused on commercial and residential appraisals. Data analysis is Johns forte! Johns clients will benefit from the wealth of knowledge he has in home valuations in Contra Costa and Alameda counties. Johns goals are to provide his clients with an extremely high level of service combined with a high level of analysis and attention to detail to ensure clients unique needs are exceeded.
